  • The bone box of Yaakov (James) brother of Jesus, one of the most prominent figures in the history of Christianity who is mentioned repeatedly in the New Testament. The bone box contains the earliest mention of Jesus ever discovered and the only archeological artifact that refers to Jesus’ family.
  • A bone box that is attributed to St. Zechariah, father of John the Baptist.
  • the earliest artistic rendering of the nativity (from the 4th century AD)
  • the earliest and possibly the only artistic depiction of the Temple of Jerusalem, dated to the time of Jesus, 1st century AD.
  • the earliest model of the Church of the Holy Sepulchre (the Tomb of Jesus) in Jerusalem
